Asking for help and expanding your comfort zone

I usually share testimonials from my clients here. But last week, I shared one of my client’s story as a blog post and I liked the possibility of including their full experience here. This time I’m sharing Lili’s coaching story.

Starting a coaching journey is a courageous thing to do. We expose ourselves, we are asked questions that might seem confusing or confronting. And in Lili’s case, taking this risk was just what she needed to get closer to her true self. Thank you for sharing your story with us Lili.

“For too long it had seemed easier to live in a loop and blame myself, others or life events to justify how upset and unhappy I felt with my life. By choosing to start this coaching journey with Raquel I overcame my first fears: talking about myself and asking for help.

We worked on a few things together, one of them finding a healthier work-life balance.

While being coached I was able to disconnect from my auto-pilot routine and rebuild boundaries between my personal life and professional life.

This has allowed me to focus on my own journey of self-development, expand my comfort zone. It was the perfect beginning for my process: I am now invested in myself more than ever to become a better version of me - for me to begin with.

It was good to be reminded to celebrate myself every day, and I can see how our sessions improved my ability to trust and communicate with others. This had a positive impact on my relationship and the strength of the bond between me and my other half.

I couldn't recommend more for anyone to start their Journey with Raquel and find your vibrant self. The energy you will have at the end of every session is unbelievable and contagious.

If life is a bit blurry at the moment and you don't know where to start, Raquel will get you to clarity - you will see it, hear it and feel it.” - Lili
