Our purpose and values are what makes our heart flutter with joy and deep care. They can serve us as an anchor to go back to when life throws us off balance and as the basis of our discernment. When we honour our purpose and values we feel inspired to act in alignment with our authentic selves.
03 — Integrate all of who you are
There are parts of us that we have been told are not acceptable, not lovable. Perhaps it is our anger. Or our softness. Whatever it is for you, pushing it away, well, it will only make it stronger. When we welcome those parts of us with compassion, they are transformed and we can leverage their wisdom and energy in service of our growth and the impact we wish to have on our world.

Knowing ourselves and being in tune with the intelligence in our bodies and hearts gives us freedom. Freedom to make resonant choices, instead of being trapped in behavioural patterns and reacting from fear.
